Kindergarten students in Winton Woods attend school at our Early Childhood Central Campus, located at 825 Waycross Road.

Kindergarten Eligibility
According to Ohio House Bill 114, signed into law on December 19, 2025, a child must be age 5 by the first day of school in order to begin kindergarten.
In order to start kindergarten in the fall of 2026, incoming kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before Monday, August 24, 2026. In summary:
- If your child turns 5 on or before August 24, 2026 → they are eligible to start kindergarten in fall 2026.
- If your child turns 5 after August 24, 2026 → they will generally need to wait to start kindergarten in the 2027–28 school year.
Required Documents:
(Must be presented at the time of enrollment)
- 3 Proof of Residency (items see below)
- One of the following (lease, new home contract or mortgage statement receipt)
- PLUS 2 additional items (i.e. energy, water, cable, phone bill)
- Original Birth Certificate of the child
- Immunization Records
- Photo ID of parent/guardian enrolling the child
- Any custody/guardianship document filed with the courts.
PLEASE NOTE: Only custodial/residential parents or legal guardians may enroll a child into school. For information on enrolling a child in foster care, please contact the Enrollment Center at 513.619.2360.
