Ariana Green is Winton Woods Kiwanis Student of the Month

Winton Woods Guidance Counselor Brad Tash says tenth-grader Ariana Green has distinguished herself amongst her high school peers. “She is one of our top students in the building,” said Tash. “She has never earned a grade lower than an A, and currently at the end of the 1st quarter, her lowest percentage is a 95%.”

Green has a great work ethic that is not only shown in the classroom but in sports and how she serves her community. “She is always taking on leadership roles within the classroom. She sets high goals and does what it takes to achieve them.” Green is a valued member of the orchestra and cross-country team. She has worked at Kings Island for the past two years and serves the community by making lunches to raise money for city organizations.

“As you can see Ariana Green is a standout in our Warrior Community,” said Tash. “She embodies everything we look for in our young Warriors. I cannot think of a more deserving recipient for this award.” Green was recognized at the district’s October board meeting with the Kiwanis Student of the Month award.
