Superintendent Smith to Present Winton Woods’ Fall State of the Schools

On Thursday, September 5, Superintendent Anthony G. Smith, will hold his one-hour State of the Schools address from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Winton Woods High School media center. Smith will discuss upcoming initiatives for the 2019-2020 school year, including the Preschool Village. Parents, community members, staff and business leaders are invited to attend. Winton Woods High School is located at 1231 W. Kemper Rd. in Forest Park. 

“Mr. Smith will provide updates on the construction of our two new innovative buildings and discuss new exciting opportunities for our students, district, and community,” said Corina Denny, community engagement coordinator for the district.

Waycross Community Media will provide a live televised feed of the address, which will be complemented with a real-time Twitter feed, #wwcswarriors, for questions and comments for those who are unable to attend in person.
