Welcome to Winton Woods Alternative Education: Project Success Academy!
It is my distinct honor to welcome you to the 2026-2027 school year here at Project Success Academy. As the district’s Alternative Education School, we are connected to each of the main campuses and buildings: the North Campus-High School, the North Campus-Middle School, and the South Campus. Through this, we are also connected to the New Tech Network (NTN). Each of the NTN schools promote a culture of trust, respect, and responsibility, which we refer to as “The Warrior Way.” At Project Success, we build on that foundation by nurturing a sense of belonging, inclusivity, and wellness that we refer to as, “Walking the Steps to Success on the Warrior Way.”
Walking the Steps to Success means showing up each day with a willingness to put effort into the work that it takes for each of us to meet our goals. It means keeping our space safe so each of us can take risks and grow into the best version of ourselves. It means each of us being accountable for our actions and their consequences as well as for making amends for those actions as needed.
This is our collective culture that we invite our students, their families and communities into. Our goal is to be a school that is empowering and purposeful in helping students reach their personal and educational goals. Because of this, we keep our standards and expectations high. Along with this are the district’s expectations that are set out in the Code of Conduct. Everything outlined in that document applies to our school as well.
My team and I have a mission and vision that is most simply put as this: success is best when it’s shared. So it is our sincere hope that each of you join us in this endeavor to see what the best of each of us can be.
