2024-25 Warrior Rally Schedule

 

• Annual Student Verification - Finalforms

If your student was enrolled last school year in the Winton Woods City School District, click on the link above to complete your required online annual verification. (This procedure replaces the traditional first-day paper packet.) Remember to update all contact and emergency information and follow the prompt if you have a change of address.

• Winton Woods Daycare and Alternative Transportation Request 2024-2025

District families can complete this form to request special transportation to or from any address other than home. This form is in effect for the 2024-25 school year. Click on the title above to complete the form.

 

• Publicity Permission Form

As part of the Winton Woods City Schools communication plan, the Communications Department takes photos, and promotional videos and writes articles that highlight student activities, athletics, academic recognitions, and awards. If you prefer your child NOT to be included in this positive publicity, please deliver or mail a written notification to Communications Department by Friday, August 23, 2024. • School Supply Lists

For the 2024-2025 school year, families can purchase school supplies tax free during Ohio's sales tax holiday from Tuesday, July 30, to Thursday, August 8.

 

• 2024-2025 School Calendar

The 2024-25 printed district calendar of events is available at the front offices of all school buildings. You can also see our calendar of events on our digital calendar on the home page of the district website at wintonwoods.org.

• Bus Stop Information

Bus information will be mailed to Winton Woods families via US mail two weeks before school starts. 

 

• Meals

For the 2024-25 school year, we are excited to announce all students in Winton Woods City Schools are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household through Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program.

Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit an application. However, to determine eligibility for various additional state and federal program benefits that your child and child’s school may qualify for, you will need to complete a Household Information Survey though Final Forms.  Click the "Meals" link above to complete this form.
