Kaiden Delaney Awarded Kiwanis Character is Key Award

Winton Woods Elementary School teacher Jessica Farrell says Kaiden Delaney was a perfect choice for the Kiwanis Character is Key award. “He completely encompasses our motto of ‘trust, respect, and responsibility,’” said Ms. Farrell. “Kaiden was the first ‘Student of the Month’ for our class in September. He was chosen for his willingness to help others, and for being a wonderful friend to his classmates. He is respectful to everyone he encounters throughout the day and comes to class greeting me with a smile, and leaving me with a hug. His positive energy can be contagious, and I truly feel that he is a treasure to our class. Kaiden is truly a child who proves that ‘character counts.’”
