Spanish teacher Jamie Hogue and Intervention Specialist Lynne Blalock have committed themselves to rebranding our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) work here at Winton Woods High School during the 2019-2020 school year. They have used student data and teacher input to develop effective positive strategies aligned to the goals of Winton Woods comprehensive continuous improvement plan (CCIP). Assistant Principal Tyler Arnold stated, “Jamie and Lynne have blossomed in their leadership and dedication to the PBIS plan that has been developed to continue to build a positive culture that epitomizes the Warrior Way.”
Assistant Principal Amber Strawser shared, “Jamie and Lynne have enacted numerous methods to recognize students and staff that are representing themselves, the school, and the community in a positive manner. These recognitions have been well received and appreciated by members of the high school community.” For this reason, Jamie Hogue and Lynne Blalock are both Winton Woods High School teachers of the month for February.
