It fills me with great pride and enthusiasm to transition into the role of building principal at the North Campus Middle School (WWMS). I want to thank the Winton Woods City Schools Board of Education, Superintendent Anthony Smith, and the Winton Woods community (students, families, and staff) for the opportunity to lead WWMS as the building principal.
Our educational platform and student success are supported by four pillars: project-based Learning, social emotional learning, increased literacy, and robust multi-tiered systems of support. At WWMS, all students will be engaged in a curriculum that supports the development of the whole child. As students learn and grow, they will have many opportunities to be leaders inside and outside of the classroom. This is evident in our inquiry based, real world projects, sports programs, and after school clubs and activities!
Our staff and organizational partners intentionally create a space where high expectations all students feel valued, heard, celebrated and safe. I look forward to collaborating with the Winton Woods community to create new opportunities and events that creatively utilize our North Campus in ways that foster meaningful relationships and experiences. We are stronger together. We are Warriors!
