Administration
Principal
Hello! My name is Tonya West Wright and I am excited to begin a new school year as the principal of Winton Woods Intermediate School. It is an incredible opportunity to begin my eighth year as an instructional leader in a district that is working to provide a world class education for all students. I believe that education is crucial to a successful future, and as an educator I will always strive to give all students this opportunity for success.
I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and earned my Masters Degree in Education from the University of Michigan. After completing my graduate work and my first year of teaching at Huron High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I returned to the Cincinnati area to teach English and coach Volleyball at Northwest High School. During my teaching career I pursued an additional graduate degree in Educational Administration at the University of Cincinnati, and after earning that degree I was excited to begin my career in administration in the Winton Woods City School District.
I am looking forward to another productive and successful year at Winton Woods Intermediate School.
