SUBSTITUTE ORIENTATION MEETING -

If you are interested in subbing for the Winton Woods School district, you must attend a substitute orientation meeting to complete necessary paperwork.   Listed below are the necessary items to bring to this meeting. 

Please complete an employment application via the online system at Ohioteachingjobs.org

  • Submit a valid Ohio teaching license or substitute license,
  • Present current background checks, both Ohio (BCII) and FBI check are required. Background checks may be completed at our office for $50 - cash or money order.
  • Present three positive references,
  • Present negative tuberculin test results taken within the past 90 days,
  • Complete the required federal, state and municipal withholding forms in addition to the State Teacher's Retirement form,
  • Present valid driver's license and social security card

Substitute Rate of pay:  $85 per day

Long Term Rate of pay:  $85 per day for 30 days;    beginning day 31, daily rate based on education/experience up to 10 years.
