Winton Woods City Schools held its annual Police and Firefighter Recognition ceremony on September 12 to honor police officers, firefighters and government officials from the three communities that serve the district—Forest Park, Greenhills and Springfield Township. This year’s luncheon included words of thanks from Superintendent Dr. Camille Nasbe, the singing of “God Bless America” by Winton Woods Varsity Ensemble member Steven Cleary, and remarks from Marcia Iker, leader of the Dayspring Yellow Ribbon Support Group. We are thankful for the support and service of these wonderful men and women who serve our district!
