“Winton Woods City Schools is unique in the make up of the three different communities it serves and the challenges that we face. However, our educational responsibilities do not stop at the edge of our neighborhoods, city or state. It has become increasingly more important, as our world has changed, to prepare our students to be a success in this evolving environment, but accomplished in an accountable manner to the benefit of all taxpayers within our district.
Tim Cleary
My wife Teresa and I have called Springfield Township in the Winton Woods School District our home for more than 20 years. My three children all attended Lakeside Elementary and Winton Woods Middle School. Our oldest son Micah graduated from Winton Woods High School in 2005, while our son Steven is currently a junior there. Emily is a seventh grader at the middle school.
I have been President and CEO of TMI Electrical Contractors for 24 years. I attended the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University for my MBA. As a School Board member, I believe it is important for me to work closely with educators, parents, students, community members, the business community, and government officials to improve our schools. It is my goal to work with each of my fellow board members to continue to raise standards based on valid measures of knowledge, skills, and competency. Education is the vehicle that helps our children to succeed. As public servants, it is our job to steer that vehicle to the best of our ability.

Priscilla Franklin
I have been a resident of Forest Park for 15 years. I've been married to Gregory Franklin for 32 years and have two children Larisa and Justin who are both Winton Woods graduates. I've worked in Industry for 29 years as a Chemist, managing both people and projects. I've served as a diversity team member with training in group dynamics and effective communications. I have a strong personal faith which is the foundation of my inner strength, but which also challenges me to be concerned about others in my community.
