Winton Woods City Schools will begin accepting kindergarten registrations for the 2008-2009 school year on Monday, March 3.  Students must be five years old by September 30, 2008 to be eligible. If a student’s birthday is after this date, call the Department of Teaching and Learning at 619-2320 for more information on early entry testing.

Kindergarten registration will be from 8 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.  Special evening opportunities to register include: Tuesday, March 4;  Wednesday, March 5; and Thursday, March 6. All dates from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The Winton Woods City Schools Enrollment Center is located at 8 Enfield Drive in Greenhills.

Required documents that must be presented at the time of enrollment include:

• 3 items for proof of residence (lease, new home contract, mortgage statement receipt), plus two additional items such as energy, cable, water or phone bills.
• Original birth certificate of the child
• Any custody/guardianship documents filed with a court
• Immunization records
• Photo ID of parent/guardian enrolling the child

Only custodial/residential parents or legal guardians may enroll a child in school. For information on enrolling a foster child, please contact the Enrollment Center at 619-2360.
