Winton Woods Board President Receives Award of Achievement

Winton Woods Board of Education President John Pennycuff.

Winton Woods Board of Education President John A. Pennycuff will be presented with the Ohio School Boards Association’s (OSBA) 2008 Award of Achievement at the association's regional spring conference on Tuesday, March 18 in Miamisburg, Ohio. Of the more than 3,400 board members in Ohio, only 100 will receive this honor in 2008.

 

The Award of Achievement is given to School Board members in recognition of their commitment to training and leadership activities on their Boards of Education and to regional and statewide OSBA activities. This award recognizes Board members for their willingness to enroll and participate in workshops and conferences, volunteer for service to their association, and work on behalf of their own Board.

 

The Ohio School Boards Association is in its 53rd year of service to public education and represents the state's
public school boards.  OSBA's services include:  management consulting, continuing education through training programs and workshops, policy development, legal services, legislative initiatives, management services, superintendent and other executive searches, information, technology, employee relations and communications.
