Pastor Ken Nichols and the members of the Northern Hills Christian Church were honored at Winton Woods Intermediate School by Principal Tonya West Wright and her staff for their help with painting the school building over the summer.

“Rather than complain about the world in which we live, we’ve chosen to make a difference,” said Nichols on behalf of the more than 50 volunteers from his congregation who helped with the painting project. “This gives testament to our Christian faith, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be of service. We hope we’ve made a difference in some small way.”
