The Ohio State Department of Health and the Winton Woods City School District Board of Education require certain immunizations upon entrance to school. A complete list of the records that must be completed in order for students to fulfill registration requirements are as follows:

Birth to Six Years Old

School Summary:  Kindergarten through Grade 12

Immunizations can be obtained at your price clinic or physician's office, or any Hamilton County Health Department Clinic.

Vaccinations are available for Hamilton County residents who are uninsured, under insured or are receiving or eligible for Medicaid.
